Project:
This is an opportunity to work on a large mixed-use waterfront development in the UAE. The master planned development will hold, residential, hotels, retail, and commercial units.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Managing and being accountable for the project.
Managing your team in a professional, inclusive, and caring manner.
Establishing the project execution plan, directing and supervising the relevant project team/parties to achieve these objections.
Managing matters in relation to health, safety, and well-being on the project at all stages.
Managing the planning and monitoring of the progress of your project.
Preparing necessary project plans and keeping them updated and relevant over the course of the project.
Ensuring project budgets are managed.
Ensuring quality systems are in place and suitably managed and monitored.
Chairing relevant meetings and site walks and ensuring these are suitably recorded.
Being actively involved in risk management
Communicating with all project parties/stakeholders and ensuring suitable records are maintained.
Working collaboratively and always in an inclusive manner.
About You
You have relevant degree qualifications, you will take personal development seriously, and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or cost consultancy or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
