Position Title:             Senior HR ExecutiveEmployment Type:     Full TimeSalary:                        up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:            Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company a start- up, Ecommerce platform based in Dubai, carrying their own unique brand catering to High Street type of female fashion wear Job Role: Handles a team of more than 10 peopleOverall POC to Dubai branchPayroll processing and recruitment end to end coordinationVisa processing, renewals, leaves, absences and trade license processDaily engagement on employee relations related to HR requests such as certificates, flight bookings and ticket queriesCoordinate with the PRO and direct coordination to the main office Requirements: Open to Indian nationalsFemale, 40 years old and belowBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related coursesTotal of 7 years working experience, 3 of which must be in the UAE as an HR generalist or executiveCandidate must have an experience in visa processing, renewal and PRO coordinationWith experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, tardiness and employee relationsCandidate should have experience in training, learning development and onboarding processExcellent communication and speaking skillsKeen to details, efficient and effective on managing a teamImmediate joiners will be prioritized
