Enhance the Governance and Reporting Framework of Operational Readiness Control Center (ORCC). Support the ORCC management through creating, developing, and implementing efficient reporting and tracking systems that will collect and report key measures and data at the program level to support the ORCC and Corporate activities.
1. ORCC Governance and Reporting Framework Development and Implementation
Develop the governance and reporting framework (includes the Change Control Process) which includes the development of reporting templates, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with Nawah Integrated Management System (NIMS) to support the organization’s requirements.
Develop and implement the ORCC’s governance and reporting framework to ensure consistent application across the organization.
Support ORCC Units 2, 3, and 4 in setting up governance and reporting system to ensure alignment between all operational readiness control centers.
2. Management and Delivery
Manage the implementation of ORCC Change Control process to ensure configuration control exists over ORCC governance documents.
Responsible for ORCC process improvement to enhance the effectiveness of existing processes and practices.
Manage and resolve issues in implementing the Governance and Reporting processes and controls.
Support ORCC budget management and control.
Prepare and submit to finance the accruals report for consultants on monthly basis.
Monitor the contract renewals of ORCC consultants and manage the procurement requirements for ORCC including monthly Service Entries in SAP for Consultants.
Monitor and report to ORCC management any Conditional Reports (CRs) / Action Reports (ARs) which have the potential to impact Unit 1 Scope of Work.
Monitor and report to ORCC Management the current status of team training and CR requirements to ensure compliance.
3. Reporting Guidance and Quality
Understand Senior Stakeholder requirements for reporting to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain Reporting requirements for Senior Management in line with organizational objectives.
Monitor and review report content to ensure the quality and accuracy of data.
Monitor ORCC reporting process to ensure only approved formats are utilized.
Actively identify reporting improvements and incorporate these within standard reports.
4. Health and Safety and Security

Apply these policies and procedures to self and others to ensure reasonable care of the health and safety of the employee; the environment; and various individuals who may be affected by the employee’s acts or omissions at work.
Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on individuals and information assets.
Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission-critical activities.
5. People Management
Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in a manner which supports the objectives of the corporation and its Emiratization strategy.
