Better requires process, discipline, and simplification As a Human Resources Senior Generalist, you will provide support and coordination to the business at all levels for a wide variety of HR activities: employee relations, compensation, job evaluations, training & development, and talent acquisition (TA).
You’ll be expected to integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Learning & Development, Compensation, HRIS and TA groups to implement solutions.
You willalso be a partner with the business on key HR programs and you will design and deliver targeted solutions.
You willalso ensure the uniform and consistent application of company policy, in addition to adhering to local guidelines. With the responsibility of developing and administering effective human relations programs, you’ll thrive with latitude for unreviewed action or decision. For this role, you will be an experienced human resources professional, with extensive knowledge of MEA employee relations, talent acquisition and compensation preferably in a similar industry.
You’ll be able to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, communicate effectively, and provide customer service and data analysis to all levels of internal and external customers. Ideally, you’ll have a previous experience on Workday. Fluency in Arabic is an added value. As a bonus, you will stand out if you have previous experience of agile working methodologies.
