In this role, you will join our Regional Commercial Excellence Team in Dubai reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Excellence Director, MENA and you will be leading a team of 2 direct reportees.
Driving Commercial Excellence
Our ambitions are high for the Food Service segment and we aim to be a leading food service dairy company in the region. In this mission, you own, drive and deliver the Regional Foodservice Commercial Excellence Agenda for MENA markets. You own the development and delivery of the global/regional food service category strategy in line with the Arla Foods commercial strategy and its implementation across different countries, product lines, and customer channels while ensuring their compliance with global food service. You work towards strengthening the existing relationship with Global teams, building your partnership with local Food Service heads to drive strategic projects, and building projects pipeline. This is to ensure that you deliver profitable growth and secure efficiencies & Synergies within local and global teams.
Moreover, you will identify growth opportunities, set business targets, develop and execute price and marketing strategies and plans and drive B2B value through a Culinary, Business, and Inspirational attitude. With the ongoing focus on digital channels, you will set digital direction and drive and develop the e-marketing agenda ensuring the optimum digital presence of food service generic content in close collaboration with the food service team and brand/digital managers. The innovation pipeline is an important avenue and hence you will keep the category product portfolio optimized to develop the potential concept and create new B2B demands.
Your CV shows a Master’s degree in marketing, business, or similar with at least 10 years of sales experience in the Food Service industry with a minimum of 3 years as Manager leading teams. You have solid Foodservice excellence experience. Relying on sound leadership skills, you can set clear direction and motivate others to follow and create results. Lastly, you must be proficient in written and spoken English and have strong financial and IT skills.
