Whizz HR is hiring Associate Account Manager to work with an award winning mainline agency at Dubai
About the Role:
A Brand Strategist will find ways to enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as develop
a marketing plan through analysis of current market data and trends. A strategist will develop
positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis and define brand elements and tone.
She/he will need to be forward-thinking to anticipate future trends and success of a product or
service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Decoding the brief. Understand market and research data on the product or service, the
category, the market, the competition and the client.
• Derive consumer insights and provide an understanding of what triggers behaviour change
backed by an effective creative strategy.
• Determine the most innovative approach on how to enhance product image to the general
public creating a strong position for market growth and recognition across various media
channels – an entire campaign strategy.
• Brief the creative team and successfully collaborate with them to ensure that the execution
adhere to client guidelines and are in line with the strategy – ensuring it comes out right.
• Coordinates with the brand directors and brand managers to identify opportunities for
improvement and gather additional ideas to benefit the brand.
• To serve as the primary contact for any and every new business pitch.
Candidate Profile:
• Passionate and Storyteller – successful brand strategists use their storytelling skills to craft
engaging campaigns highlighting the story and benefits of a brand to lure consumers
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Multi-Tasker, Patient, Analytical thinking (because creativity is not enough, we need to bring
solutions to the table) and attention to details
• Ability to handle pressure and time management skills
