Senior Customer Service Representative | Al Futtaim Logistics | Dubai
About the Position:
We are currently looking to recruit x2Senior Customer Service Representative to joinour Contract Logistics division based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have to ensure on a day to day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all free zone rules and regulations. You will be required to manage the Inbound & Outbound system functionality and Inbound & Outbound documentation. You will be responsible for increasing the customers’ confidence in dealing with Al-Futtaim Logistics and controlling the PI counts & subsequent system transaction, Nil pick checks & quarantine products.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 – 5 years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in a Logistics or Retail Furniture industry. You must have an effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with excellent planning capacity and ability to solve problems quickly. Knowledge in warehouse management system is a definite advantage!
