Your tasks and responsibilities
You will be driving Indirect materialcommodities Strategic procurement in UAE
You will support, act as interface tohigher pooling levels within the region
You will implement Commodity strategiesto ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials
You will define and implementProcurement strategies based on conducted demand, market and supplier analysisto ensure long-term, cost-efficient and reliable on-time supply of materials inthe required quality
You will actively drive cooperationwith cross-functional partners in the business Lines
You will support supplier managementprocess, update supplier evaluation systems
You will coordinate and manageworkgroups / conferences to achieve the best outcomes by joint, goal-orientedaction
You will generate, document andimplement savings, e.g. CNI; plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI tocontribute to the success of the business meanwhile maintaining transparency
You will ensure a close cooperationwith Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and earlyinvolvement
You will handle Real Estate andFacility Management for SHS UAE
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor of science, Engineering /Business / Supply chain Management.
3-5 years of Experience in similarroles, preferably in thr healthcare sector.
