Works in across domains to assist sales teams, senior and executive management to maximize revenue opportunities in Customer Intelligence and Marketing domain and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Drives sales through domain and business expert across industries including Banking, Telecommunications, Government, Utilities, Insurance and Retail etc.
Builds trusted relationships with sales teams and client accounts, such that they can leverage their domain and/or business/industry expertise to increase the company’s credibility and communicate the company value proposition primarily in sales situations that advance the sales of SAS Customer Intelligence software. Ensures that proper expectations are set to ensure customer satisfaction. This may involve the delivery of compelling software demonstrations as appropriate to the sales situation.
Strategizes with sales team on objectives for customer meetings. Understands how this activity relates to overall sales plan and provides strategic leadership for sales opportunities.
Clearly articulates the breadth and value of software and the company in Customer Intelligence domain and in respective business/industry area. Clearly states how SAS Customer Intelligence platform differentiates from the competition.
Work with the sales team in across industries (Banking, Telecommunications, Government, Utilities, Insurance and Retail etc.) on Personalized Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Intelligence & Customer Decisioning activities to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Provide consultative approach, including marketing advisory recommendations to support proposed marketing solutions and possess technical aptitude to solve marketing challenges based on SAS core competencies in customer intelligence domain.
Translate business requirements into SAS solutions and link to business value.
Identifies appropriate architecture, application, tools, and solutions for targeted accounts.
Prepares technical demonstrations, proof of concepts, and presentations based on client needs.
Drive go-to-market strategies & initiatives on customer intelligence & marketing solutions including product positioning, pricing, proposals, and models
Involvement in account and territory planning for SAS Customer Intelligence value propositions
Conduct discovery meetings to collect, analyze, clarify and document business requirements during the sales cycle to support the implementation team and to produce a detailed solution proposal.
Lead Customer Experience and Marketing Maturity Assessments
Ability to advise to C-Levels from Business and IT side on multi-year engagement roadmaps to achieve best business outcomes using SAS technology & experience
Ability to advise customers on their digital transformation and customer experience journey by articulating SAS Customer Intelligence and AI suite
Ability to articulate importance of leveraging AI & centralized decisioning platforms in customer experience and communication initiatives
Works with product marketing, product management, sales and R&D groups to validate market driven sales approaches to support strategic analytics initiatives and ensure customer and market direction input is reflected in ongoing releases.
Proactively drives customer retention efforts.
