Job Description
• Ensures issues resulting in customer outage are escalated appropriately through management
• Assists application groups with design development that meet current and future business requirements
• Ensure the smooth deployment of new applications
• Participates as a member of development support team on projects.
• Documenting analysis solution design, user manuals
• Responsible for troubleshooting, problem solving and providing support to ensure continual service and reduced downtime.
• recovery of databases and assists with disaster recovery testing and documentation.
• Implements backup/recovery procedures to protect integrity of data in database environment
• Providing Company service information to current & potential clients (doctors &patients)
• Regularly attend company meetings, training, technical data presentations and briefings
• Work experience as a Senior System Administrator
Skills
• BSc. in Computer Science or similar field
• 5-7 years of experience.
• Software at healthcare is a must
• Strong communication
• Presentable
• Knowledge of system security techniques
• Excellent in the English language
• Exempted Military Status
