Job Description

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, major in HR or related field.Subject matter expert in recruiting, including, sourcing, qualifying, networking, relationship management, for a broad range of positions.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a regional, multi-location level.Experience of recruiting and good knowledge of the regional talent pool.Excellent judgement and professional integrity.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.Strong stakeholder management skills.An eye for detail, and ability to continually recognize opportunities to improve processes.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Credibility to influence at the highest levels within the division and firm management.Working knowledge of relevant Labor and Employment laws. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.Experience with sophisticated compensation negotiations
