Role SummaryWe are looking forClient Engagement Managerwith proven experience in managing & growing book of business in Middle East with existing & new client acquisition.

The Client Engagement Manager will manage the key relationship for Middle East based clients across sector (Retail, Fashion, Manufacturing, Travel, Telecom and Finance). This involves leading client engagements and strategy primarily in the areas of Analytics, Customer Experience, Content, CRM campaigns, Data governance, Data management, Robotic Process Automation and IT application support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client engagement accounts in the Middle East. Typical engagements include digital analytics, campaigns management, competitive intelligence, ecommerce operations, customer and campaign analytics, content operations, pricing analysis, demand forecasting, personalization, and data management

Leverage and build a regional and industry network to identify new client and sales opportunities. Manage the complete sales-cycle from lead generation to initial contact, nurturing and relationship-building all the way through to close

Responsible for portfolio revenue targets and growth

Partner internally with eClerx Product and Center of Excellence team, Solution Strategist and Pre-sales team to identify right eClerx platforms addressing the client requirement, and respond to new sales opportunities (from existing contacts or generated sales leads)

Support the eClerx business development, execution, and senior management globally to anticipate and identify new opportunities and service areas

Develop and maintain active relationships with key stakeholders throughout the engagement portfolio

Closely work with offshore operations team to manage issues/risks and delivery excellence

Work closely with product leads to identify opportunities in the accounts and pursue the same for closure

Manage project proposals, timelines, and deliverables for engagements from proposal through implementation in conjunction with the services team

Eligibility Requirements

Overall 10+ years of experience. Prior experience in Ecommerce, Retail, Travel, or Banking is required

Substantial experience in client management and engagements, account management, consulting services delivery, or similar business areas

Proven ability to manage USD 1 million+ book of business

Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills – ability to network and earn client confidence and trust at all levels of seniority from day to day management to “C” level contact

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; MBA preferred
