Our client is a leading business group in the UAE withlongstanding operations. They are one of the leaders in Security Servicesoffering security staff and services to large reputed corporates in theregion. They are seeking an Security Manager for the security division who willbe reporting to the General Manager.
The Security Manager will be responsible for leadingthe sales and operations of the security divisionand manage a large team in operationsincluding 600 security staff. Some of the responsibilities include:
Lead operations and security staff of more than 600 employees and ensure highest quality standards are met
Maximize client satisfaction by setting high service standards and attending to complaints proactively
Travel and manage staff across 400 sites
Lead business development by converting generating sales and service contracts, building relationships with new clients and attending client meetings.
The ideal candidate:
Graduate with experience in the Security industry – minimum 10 years overall and 3 years in same role.
Preferably should have served in the Army or Navy
Excellent communication in English. Fluency in Arabic is preferred
Strong experience in sales and operations in the Security Staffing industry
