Job Description

-Prepare A Detailed Plan Based On Concept Of Operations, In Consultation With The Director

– Security Operations And Relevant Stakeholders

– Support The Director

– Security Operations In Defining The Short Term And Long-Term Goals And Objectives

– Oversee And Manage Security Planning And Delivery For The Security Operations Screening

– Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Protocols And Procedures

– Controlling Budgets For Security Operations And Monitor Expenses

– Develop Detailed Plans For One Of The Screening Area To Cover All Aspects Of The Security Arrangements As Directed Including; Scenario, Contingency, Incident Management And Emergency Evacuation, And Others

– Lead And Deliver On Plans Ensuring Effective Execution, Working Closely With Workforce, Machinery And Logistics

– Monitor And Manage Timelines And Deliverables, Ensuring That All Milestones Are Identified And Met

– Oversee Training Requirements For Staff Involved In Screening, Ensuring Appropriate Personnel Are Trained And Briefed As Appropriate

– Set Objectives And Evaluate Performance Of Individual Direct Reports And Actively Manage Key Personnel Issues

Job Requirements

· Proven Experience As Security Manager Or Similar Position
· Experience In Reporting And Emergency Response Planning
· Excellent Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures
· Solid Understanding Of Budgeting And Statistical Data Analysis
· Working Knowledge Of MS Office
· Bachelor Degree In Management Or Similar Study
