ResponsibilitiesandDuties – Prepare and reviewed the attendance of Office – Maintainhard and soft copy for HR files for all employees – Prepare offerletter, joining letter for hired applicant – Keep and issue formsfor all employee request such as, vacation request, sick leave,passport, etc… – Hand out employees application
-Assists in time management activities, organizing data, writing andfiling correspondence – Responsible for basic bookkeeping, filling,and clerical duties – Perform other related duties as required
-Collect and distribute parcels and other mail – Take and relaymessages – Create and make professional email correspondence to thecustomer and vendors.
– Attending incoming & outgoing callsand keep records.
– Greeting and assisting visitors and quests.
-Sort out mails and distribute – Contact potential or existingcustomers to introduce about our service.
– Ask questions tounderstand customer requirements and close events sales.
– Fixappointment for Departmental Team Meetings.
– Keep records of callsand sales and note useful information
Must havegood communicationskill and able to send business profiles by email to potentialclients to generate leads.
Qualificationsand Skills At least1-2years experience in F&B, Retail, and Fashion. Candidateshould have excellent oral and written communication skills and beable to organize the work using tools, like Google Drive, MS Office
Tools like, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and officeequipment
