We are looking for an experience Executive Secretary to support managerial and secretarial works in our company. You will performing a variety of administrative tasks, must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities. Can focus on their responsibilities without supervision.
Responsibilities:
At least 2years of secretarial job in UAE
Exceptional knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office
Have excellent command of written and speaking in English.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
Manage the Managing Director’s weekly agenda
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers and suppliers
Handle the emails (all incoming, outgoing, etc)
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
Experience in handle social media account is preferable
Prepare and send quotations and invoices
Requirements:
Work experience as a Secretary in UAE
Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 months
Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
