KeyResponsibilities: Scheduling ofmeetings/appointments, handling calls and answering requests,etc. Perform secretarial and general administrativeduties including updating various records & replying tocorrespondence / mails / faxes / billings, etc. Filingof documents, preparation of meeting materials and documents forcourt hearings and service of documents. Make overseastravel and hotel arrangements for management. Managecalendar schedules, meetings, conference calls and assist to recordand monitor court hearing dates. Provide administrativesupport on day-to-day matters. Assisting in theprepration of various administration reports Key Requirements:Bachelor degree holder. Minimum two years ofsecretarial working experience. Good command of spokenand written English. Good work attitude and teamplayer. Strong organizational, communication andinterpersonal skills.
