Job Description
Brief Role: Knowledge and qualifications in SAP is a prerequisite.
Responsibilities:
- Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations
- Developing and configuring customized SAP solutions.
- Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress report
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance
- Providing SAP system support and end-user training
- Resolving SAP system issues.
- Preparing reports as advised by GM.
- Extensive technical knowledge about SAP’s services
- The ability to explain technical information related to SAP in a clear and simple manner
- understanding of business processes especially in PP modules.(others MM modules)
- Follow-up unresolved issues and provide feedback accordingly
- All other activities assigned by GM
