The Sales Training & Manager will be responsible for recruiting, developing, implementing, and managing sales training programs for our growing sales team. This individual will work closely with the sales agents to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and overall sales effectiveness. Ultimately we are looking to scale to over 100 top brokers by the end of the year. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited:-
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training program for our sales team of agents that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives
Conduct regular training sessions with sales agents to improve their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance
