Position: Sales Representative
I. Responsibilities
Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets, identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Set up meetings with potential clients such as hospitals, medical centres, clinics etc.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Regularly analyse the decision-making process and determine actions required to ensure iHealthScreen’s activities and investments are adequate in each market segment to positively drive the “branded product referral” process.
Executing well-performing campaigns, conferences and workshops to grow brand awareness and generate leads.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products, negotiate and close deals.
Maintain optimal medical knowledge and use approved marketing materials to promote the company and its products.
Tracking sales goals and provide weekly and monthly sales report to the management regarding sales performance.
Act as a team-player and collaborate with team members by contributing ideas and actions to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the team.
Reach targets and meet planned sales goals to develop the necessary strategies.
II. Qualifications
Experience in Sales
Proficiency in Arabic and English (Bilingual)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Fast learner and passionate about sales
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
III. Required:
Diploma / BSc Degree
Minimum 2 years’ experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
