We are looking for aSales Operations Senior Officerto join our Supply Chain team.
Main Responsibilities:
Handling Sales operations through Make-To-Stock Sales Orders Management,
Consolidates and analyzes demand and supply information,
Work with manufacturing locations to properly ensure smooth supply to the market.
Work with operations to optimize production efficiencies.
Synchronize the demand and supply in KSA market for all sales channels.
Work with logistics and commercial team to ensure that supply is on time in full.
Plan, design, and develop data and analytics needed to manage KSA supply, demand, and inventory status.
Create output reports, KPI dashboards, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
Work on tracking inventory, anticipate demand, and suggest the supply from manufacturing plants.
Manage Tenders supply from the manufacturing plant as per the committed dates with agents.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Supply Chain Professional certification – preferably from APICS
ERP-SAP Knowledge is must.
Qualifications in Data Science, Analytics, or Data Management related fields will be well regarded.
Supply Chain and Logistics systems
Data Management/Data Science
Power BI.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
