Key Responsibilities to this position include :

Key Performance Indicators

Sales growth and profitability

Pipeline management

Campaign Execution through go to market strategies

Financial forecasting on Sales

Increase Client share of wallet and satisfaction (Net Promoter Score)

Improve win / loss ratio

Implementation of global standards and Sales excellence

Pipe Line Management

Lead generation and entry into funnel through pipeline and funnel management in Salesforce,

Forecast accuracy and following up with all stakeholders on calibrated targets.

Provide actionable analysis on KPIs progress, process adherence, points to be improved, issues to be addressed, collaboration with Market heads from countries, etc.

Ensure transparency on Sales team KPI’s and sales pipeline

Ensure proper use of CRM to support KPI’s, capturing market intelligence, etc.

Liaison with Operations on sales pipeline as part of S&OP process

Go-to- Market strategies

Commercial campaign execution and performance improvement on Sales targets through go-to market strategies.

Coordinate launches and G2M of the new products & services by aligning efforts and priorities with Sales, Marketing and Regions

Keep G2M Playbook template up to date and aligned with the needs and priorities of the organization

Inform and coach Product Managers/Owners on the G2M Playbook process and initiation triggers

Ensure timely completion of the G2M Playbook checklist for relevant products with involved stakeholders from Marketing, Product and Regions.

Design and execute on the action plan when needed

Report on the progress of new launches on weekly basis within Launch Excellence Tracker

Sales excellence through sales training and adoption of Sales management and client relationship tools.

Global Standards & Sales Excellence

Own Salesforce effectiveness process for the Region

Liaises with Global Sales office and brings in global standards into the Regions

Define tailored roll-out process of Globally defined learning platforms and Sales Excellence tools to ensure maximum value is gained for the EM region.

Sales excellence through sales training and adoption of Sales management and client relationship tools.
