Position Overview:
ASUS is looking for a Sales Manager who are capable to manage a sales team in multiple GCC countries. Building and developing relationship with channel partners are the key to our success. For the right person, there are many ways to develop and grow within ASUS.
About the team:
The successful candidate will be working with our Open Platform Team and will help manage channel sales team and top partners in both Open channel, and Retailers/Etailers.
Work Task
1. Be responsible for multiple ASUS product lines sales in UAE market, such as Motherboard, Graphic Card, Monitor, Wireless Router, Gaming Gears…etc, all products under ASUS OPBG.
2. Manage the sales team to be responsible for sales, marketing, and service tasks in all channels. 3. Lead the sales team to update partners business progress, program is running, and assist them to achieve targets from ASUS.
4. Sales and inventory management including weekly sales and inventory analysis and retail advertisement analysis
5. Work with Product team to deliver product information and throw sales training with partners/promoters.
6. Co-work with Distributors sales team and vendors in channel activities.
7. Monitor and make sure ASUS exposure/display, shop branding and decoration in the channel, for both Online and Offline.
8. Coordinate with Product Managers, marketing and service team internally to ensure high-quality product promotion and after-sales service.
Qualifications and background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Good command of English – spoken & written
• Understanding of local IT market with 10+ years sales related working experience in IT business either from a vendor, distributor or reseller
• Team player with Highly self-discipline, self-motivated, goal-oriented, number-driven, and willing to take challenges
• Knowledge of MS Office – particularly Excel, Power point
