Sales Manager (Low current Systems including Fire, Security, Access Control, CCTV, Job in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at Confidential Company
Managing company sales by developing long-term and short-term business plans that covers sales, revenue, and cost controls.
Forecasting and meeting planned sales objectives.
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Developing sales team through recruitment, training, coaching, motivation, and product knowledge education.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand company ideal customers and how they relate to our products and services.
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
10+ years experience with 5 years in electromechanical low current systems (Fire, Security, Access Control, CCTV, and Data Center Preparation)
A bachelor in electrical/mechanical engineering degree is preferable.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience and leadership in managing and directing company sales team.
Experience in customer relationship management and utilizing a CRM system.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Forecasting and Analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
