About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, result driven and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join our Hospitality & Residential Sales Team in UAE, who will be in charge of developing and implementing an effective sustainable sales strategy in the Country.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales in Hospitality & Residential sales segment and will be a critical member of the local leadership team. We need a leader with strong organizational and analytical skills, curious and with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach, someone who can innovate and find new business, and with strong strategic competencies.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets in line with reserved conditions and DSO targets (Cash In)

Contribute to the definition and implementation of the local Marketing Plan

Hire, train and coach the sales team to ensure the right level of skills and competences on products, processes and systems completing the sales organization in line with the market potential of the own segment

Execute weekly pipeline management reviews to maximize conversion rate and provide a reliable Forecast

Guarantee a systematic use of the CRM to have a clean, update and complete database such as marketing attributes, clusters, leads, etc.

Develop and create top locations to build an aspirational brand and generate home leads

Lead the sales team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to the Company Cultural model

Guarantee continuous and proactive feedback from the market

Requirements

5+ years experience in a similar role in information technology (IT) companies and/or durable goods, services and solutions for premium organizations, MNCs for Hospitality, Residential, Leisure or similar industries.

Masters Degree

Previous experience with Premium/Luxury products, solutions Selling value

Previous work experience in Complex organisation

Fluent in English

Sales Network management and organization
