Overview of the role:We are seeking a motivated, experienced, outgoing, and service-oriented automotive sales manager of commercial vehicle experience to join our team and coach our salespeople to close more deals. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring, training, and leading a team, will have a strong passion for people, and solid knowledge of sales best practices and customer retention strategies at UAE Market. The ideal candidate will be report to the Head of brand.
What you will do:
Recruit, hire and oversee a team of commercial vehicles salespeople
Brand specific training and development of sales and support staff
Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
Managing Sales Consultants, to plan and implement objectives including achieving the branch sales targets, personal development and maintaining a motivated healthy team environment
Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters and compile the necessary reports for dealership management to review
Ensure Monthly over dues are not more than agreed target
Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required
Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers
Support the Head of business and Managing Director on initiatives for the division
Required Skills to be successful:
Min. 5 years’ experience in B2B as Sales Manager
Experience in UAE market – Abu Dhabi
Experience in Commercial vehicles
UAE driving License
About the Team:
You will be managing (5) Sales Consultants and one Sales Admin.

Good knowledge & Awareness about UAE market especially at Abu Dhabi & AL Ain
Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices at UAE.
Track record of exceeding previous sales quotas and goals at UAE
Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing and service-oriented attitude with 3S Total support
Knowledge of inventory control and management
Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure work environment
