Title: Sales Lead | Dubai
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up. This team will focus primarily on revenue development, and aggressive market expansion by selling Bosta’s suite of products and related services that will be deployed across its shipper segment.
What will you do?
Lead generation through market research
Continuous cold calling of prospective corporate clients (e.g. B2B, B2C Sellers)
Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients
Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights
Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the department
Identify all sales channels, and implement and execute effectively on sales strategies to win this segment
Who are you?
3 – 5 years of experience in B2C sales – E commerce industry.
Arabic speaker is a must
Experience in working on new products is a plus
Must be results-oriented and goal-driven
Outgoing and persuasive personality
Strong negotiation skills to close sales
Strong existing working relationships with clients
