Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing accounting firm. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with our team of accountants and financial advisors to identify potential leads, assess client needs, and present customized solutions to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through a variety of methods, including networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and engagement
Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients and present customized solutions to address these needs
Collaborate with the accounting and financial advisory teams to develop proposals and contracts for new business
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and pipeline
Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the accounting or financial services industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
