Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
Provide technical support in a timely manner to all customers and the company’s service and sales management.
Generate high-quality sales leads.
Maintain regular communication with key customers through in-person sales call and field visits to respond to their inquiries.
Prepare and create technical and sales offers for clients.
Coordinate about pump assembly, product modifications, delivery, commissioning and tendering.
Identify potential clients for prospective business opportunity.
Maintain relations with consultants and other key decision makers.
Solicit client feedback and identify areas for improvement to upper management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3-5 years of experience in Pumps Sales.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of Building Services products and application-specific
Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet customer’s expectations.
Proficient in the use of ERP systems, Microsoft Office including MS Excel, SAP and product sizing software
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (verbal & written)
