The Sales Coordinator will provide assistance for all sales activities by by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and any other information related to products & quotations / LPOs.
Key areas of accountability:
Sales Cycle Management: Actively involved in supporting Sales team in achieving set targets related to sales and improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Analytics & Reporting: Leads relevant analysis using company provided tools (business intelligence), maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the Sales team.
Relationship Management: Maintains excellent relationships by supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
4+ years’ experience in an related role
Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be familiar with current software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Can work under pressure and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
Proven organization and administrative capabilities.
Excellent telephone etiquette & interpersonal skills.
