Sales Consultant Job in UAE at Foreign Labour Co (Ayadi) LLC
Sales Consultant is the key point of contact between the Customer and Company.
Provide first-class sales by answering any queries that a Customer might have about our Services.
Maintain a strong understanding of the service inventory, rate, cost and other terms and conditions to answer Customer queries
Research target market to identify potential customers and create a steady stream of sales leads.
Contact leads by cold calling, sending introductory mails, or attending meetings online or visit customers’ office in person to introduce our services, to understand the Customer’s requirements to convert the leads into opportunities for sales.
Prepare proposals, costing, presentations for customers to land new accounts.
Complete Supplier Registration with Government entities to participate in tenders.
Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with potential customers and close deals.
Collect customer information to enter the records in the ERP.
Post- sale. Monitor Customer Satisfaction, handle customer complaints or objections to ensure high level of customer service
To provide proper information, guidance, and support to Customers therefore enhancing long-term relationships with Customers.
Research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements internally.
Monitor Customer Satisfaction, address issues, provide solutions
Be up-to-date with recent market trends, prices, challenges, and pay attention to competitors and their activities within the industry.
Progress towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the Sales Manager. Develop and evaluate weekly and monthly sales report. Build and maintain a customer database.
Is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities by upselling and cross- selling.
Specialist Skills Required for this role:
Excellent Customer Service; experience in Sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
Strong Verbal and Written communication, phone and presentation skills
Rapport building, art of persuasion, resilience, object handling,
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
Sales-drive, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Communication, Sales or relevant field.
Diploma in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Advertising
Proficient in Microsoft skills (Preparing power point presentations and sales displays)
Experience with a CRM platform a plus.
UAE Driving License
Minimum 5 years experience in a manpower Outsourcing Industry
Office Location Abu Dhabi
