Develop and implement strategies effective for extensive sales at the Branch
Promote sales promotion campaigns as proposed by the Management
Explain on going promotions / campaigns, required documentation details to customers
Assist the incoming customers for all the required transactions
Conduct market research to identify competitive strategies, selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs & potential business opportunities
Actively seek out new prospects through cold calling, networking & social media
Visit high profile customers & promote the service
Build and maintain positive work relationships with clients to create a rapport that facilitates patronage and generates revenue
Develop relationships with new & existing customers to assess their requirements & provide them information about the available offers & discounts to maximum sales volume
Identify niche market geographically & create new database to cover target audience
Explore & identify changes in market trends & adopt most suitable strategy to achieve target.
Update existing customers on the advanced services & convert them as future business prospects
Prepare & attend meetings & deliver appropriate presentation on services
Negotiate & handle complaints & objections
Apply understanding of market trends/business practices in taking decisions necessary for enhancing the sales process
Achieve & exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales target set by the Management
Review financial records to ensure balanced accounts are maintained and credit amounts due
Organize periodic meetings to review activities and re-strategize in order to optimize productivity
Prepare reports with sales & financial data for management
Gather feedback from customers & share the same with Management
Liaise with various departments within the Organization to ensure constant flow of efficient service & customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper customer relationship management
Receive & record complaints / appeals if any raised by customers & solve them on priority basis
Receive & listen to customer complaints / matters patiently & in a pleasant way & provide them with required service and solutions.
Prepare sales analysis periodically
Maintain customer details & sales records in a systematic manner
Maintain records of the correspondence & communications with the customers
Being creative & innovative as per market needs
Set and enforce company standards for operations and quality of service in front of Clients
Explain customers on the better services of Bin Yaber
Being creative & innovative as per market needs
Follow QHSE procedures as per the company policy
Responsible for working safely & protecting the environment
Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior
