Job Description

VEGA, a German manufacturer in the field of instrumentations, is looking for a Sales Assistant for its subsidiary in Dubai.

The Sales Assistant will be managing purchase orders, invoices, letters of credit, and logistics among others. He/She is responsible for executing the required task according to the VEGA standards.

PRINCIPAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To acknowledge and process the purchase orders from clients all over the Middle East;
• To coordinate the transport of the goods from the factory to the customer;
• To prepare and submit invoices for the corresponding orders or projects; and
• To manage the collection of payments according to the agreed terms.
