Job Description
• Must have at least 10 plus years of experience in RPO Project Management for large clients.
• Manage client’s (Business & HR) with Volume and Niche recruitments.
• Strong planning skills around demand management, delivery, and recruitment pipeline movement
• Highly metrics-driven (familiar with all HR-related metrics & reports)
• Ability to steer the delivery team in achieving their daily and monthly targets.
• Excellent influential skills
• Always exceeded the set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Familiar with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
• Strong marketing and business acumen and good project management skills to grow recruitment business for various industries.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet SLA deadlines.
• Continuously Interlocking among (client stakeholders, regional managers) and operation stakeholders to seek process improvement.
• Plan, Identify, and Implement the process briefing sessions and relevant training programs for staff coaching and development, and their performance management.
Education: Degree in Human Resources or any related field
– Experience 10+ years (preferable UAE experience)
– SHRM – CIPD required
– BPO or RPO previous experience is required
– PMP
Bilingual/preferable Jordanian
