Rigger (Das) Job in Abu Dhabi, UAE at ADNOC

Job Purpose

Participate in various rig move activities to ensure proper handling of rig move timely and safe manner

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

• Perform various rig move activities, which include Cellar Installation at new location, watering and levelling new location before receiving rig, collect water & mix spud mud, installation of flare lines, clear old location after rig move etc.
• Assist rig crew in various rig move activities, which include moving pre-move loads and spotting at new location, rigging down activities at old location, rigging up activities at new location, cleaning mud pits, disconnecting mud pits & lines etc.
• Participate in the maintenance of Company’s safety regulations, procedures and follow safe practices.
• Familiarize and upgrade own knowledge of rig move support activities, technology and equipment by reading drilling publications.

• Implement and comply with all relevant functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, to accomplish operational objectives.
Training
• Provide on-the-job Training to meet Competency Based Training programs for UAE Nationalization.

• Contribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures and functional processes.
Health, Safety , Environment (HSE) and Sustainability 
• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
• Participate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.
Housekeeping
• Maintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during operations, in line with established standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping.
Reports
• Provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company Management.
• Prepare various Key Performance Indicator (KPI) checklists for management.

Minimum Qualification

Secondary School Certificate

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

4 years of experience.
