Retail Sales Executive Job in Qatar at Starlink

Job Description

We are looking for Retail Sales Executives who can provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business.

 

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome and help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products/services as well as recommend solutions will stand out for this position. A positive attitude and a desire to proactively resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

 

Ultimately, we need a Retail Sales executive who can ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and continue to contribute to the store’s profitability.

Main responsibilities includes but is not limited to:

  • Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
  • Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, up-sell, cross-sell and sharing product knowledge.
  • Manage returns of merchandise
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store in Charge
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
  • Process payments thru POS for cheques, cash, credit and debit cards.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
