Retail Coordinator Job at Dubai Investments
Responsible for all admin and retail works in the mall.
1. Handles inquiries from clients on retail shops, restaurants, kiosk spaces including viewing of the units/kiosk areas.
2. Registers tenancy contract in the government authorities’ applications in addition to retailers.
3. Assist the event’s organizer for any upcoming events of the mall which includes marketing.
4. Ensure compliance with mall regulations & existence of insurance policy for all retailers.
5. Efficient phone attendant as per provided procedures & ensure customer & client satisfaction.
6. Ensure renewal of all lease contracts on timely manner.
7. Reviewing all the official documents/notifications/letters/agreements related to the tenants in case of any exceptions with the legal departments.
8. Conducting rounds of the mall three times a day and ensuring the mall premises are clean and safe. Reporting any issues to the direct manager.
9. Ensuring the retail tenants adhere to the policy and procedures of the mall operations. Checking regularly the shops opening hours and mall timings and providing feedback to the direct manager.
10. Perform any other duties as requested by Direct Manager and Head of Sales & Leasing
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 – 3 years of working experience.
