Your Mission

Retail Administration

Support retail operations team in data entry and preparation of correspondences/letters for relevant permits

Coordinating Lease Agreement related correspondence and requirements between Retail Department and Mall Management/s

Managing third-party contracts in relation to Retail Stores (cleaning, pest control, A/C maintenance contracts, firefighting system, fire alarm system)

Schedule services for facilities & maintenance of stores

Responsible for vendor follow-up, purchase order creation and invoice submissions across all retail stores

Administering Store’s Third-Party Liability, Property All Risks Policies and other related Retail Store Insurance policies


Procure and order placement of supplies for retail stores

Support the operational team with business analysis and research. Prepare meetings and presentations and coordinate other content

Maintain Retail Operations & Project Calendars to communicate business objectives and manage timely and accurate achievement of critical deliverables

Follow up executions of retail programs & policies

Prepare and manage weekly Retail reports

Review and suggest where applicable better process and cost optimisation within the department

Extend assistance in any ad-hoc Retail Department initiatives if and when needed


Maintain and further improve the internal communication strategy and develop necessary functions and systems for a smooth, fast, and consistent communication platform from stores to the head office and vice versa, including the release and distribution of the Retail Newsletter

Oversee and assist in the ongoing development, implementation, and strategic management of special retail projects to ensure that retail stores conduct efficient, consistent, and brand-appropriate operations

Serve as retail representative and catalyst to identify and facilitate interdepartmental solutions for retail-related initiatives

Work directly with the operation team to ensure all store initiatives to and from the field organization are properly communicated, executed, and followed up

Your Talent


University Degree, preferably in Business field.


1-2 years of working experience in a similar Administrative role which includes data analysis & reporting experience


Ability to work alongside other functions

Fluency in the English language (speaking, reading, writing)

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong interpersonal skills

Forecasting ability and the ability to analyze data

Exceptional follow-through and organizational skills

Ability to effectively manage time and work against business deadlines

High level of energy, initiative, and professionalism
