Coordinating daily restaurant management operationsDelivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfactionCoordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operationsRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsOrganize and supervise shiftsAppraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivityEstimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning productsEnsure compliance with sanitation and safety regulationsControl operational costs and identify measures to cut wastePromote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant eventsImplement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations


Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager,Proven customer service experience as a managerExtensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staffFamiliarity with restaurant management softwareStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsAcute financial management skillsBSc degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or culinary schooling is a plus
