Location: Abu Dhabi (Must reside or be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi)
Reporting to: HR Director
Will be responsible for managing all activities related to the development of HC and Emiratization Strategy, organization design and job analysis, manpower and resourcing plan, recruitment and the workforce analytics of in coordination with the concerned functions.
The Resourcing and Manpower Planning Head is also responsible for monitoring staff performance and providing continuous feedback and support to foster directorate improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
Manage the development of the Human Capital and Emiratization Strategy and its objectives in close coordination with the HC Director and the wider HC team
Manage and monitor Human Capital performance by setting and monitoring appropriate KPIs to ensure achievement of the HC strategy and objectives and to identify improvement opportunities
Manage the preparation of reports on company HC activities, identify areas of progress and areas requiring improvement and develop action plans
Organizational design and job analysis
Manpower planning
Develop and update the organization’s recruitment strategy, plans, policies and procedures
Oversee the interview and assessment process for all candidates, ensuring communication with candidates is consistent throughout
Mandatory Requirements- applicants without the below will NOT be considered:
GCC Work experience mandatory
Minimum of 10 years in same or similar role
Multinational company experience/experience in a utilities company
MUST have great stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
