Processing payments and sendingconfirmation details to customers. Sorting outany issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
Selling and promoting reservation services.
Answering any questions customers might have about thereservation process. Up-selling, whenappropriate, by informing customers of additional services orspecial packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, orupgraded seats/accommodations. Providingsupport to customers who may need to amend or cancel areservation.
