Meet and exceed monthly sales targetobjectives

Ensure penetration in the marketthrough focus on New To Bank acquisition as well as solicit existing clientele

To be abreast with all policies,products and processes to ensure superior client on boarding experience

To proactively participate inLearning, Development and training programs of the bank in order to be aneffective sales personnel

Ensure strict adherence to all KYC,Compliance policies and other processes as stipulated



Accomplish set sales and revenue objectives for all Products asper set the business plan

Achieve monthly& annual set KPIobjectives

Focus on New To Bank acquisitionalong with leveraging existing client base

To leverage on cross sellopportunities to ensure higher revenue per customer


Be commercially effective in the roleand consistently keep customer/client as focus & ensure excellent customerservice by delivering quality client on-boarding experience.

Ensure thorough knowledge of allproduct, policies and processes in order to achieve superior client on boardingexperience

To ensure no miss selling tocustomers by offering products/services transparently as per customerrequirements

Understand andresolve/escalate customer redresses to ensure timely resolution

Learning & Growth


Participate in the assigned PeopleDevelopment and Learning & Development Programs. Take accountability forown development by active enrolment and participation with close coordinationwith respective Unit Manager

To ensure participation in assignedtraining, Learning & Development programs

Awareness to competition offeringsand offer suggestions to line manager to improve product/ processes

Internal Processes:

Ensure strict adherence of prescribedSales & Compliance processes as per Bank’s policies. Adherence togovernance & controls to proactively identify, manage and minimize/mitigatepotential losses to the franchise

Adhere to Risk ControlAssessment RCA process across all areas of Business Banking Sales Department- Selling, Client Onboarding, Fraud Control, Client Application & KYCDocumentation etc

Adherence to all prescribed internalprocesses to ensure satisfactory Audit Ratings by adherence of all prescribedprocesses.

Education required :

UniversityDegree / MBA / PGDM / Sales diploma orcertification preferable.

Experience :

2 – 3 years of experience in Bankingor in a Financial Industry within Abu Dhabi Region.
