Job Summary: Looking for an experienced and talented Relationship Manager for a Real Estate company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Forward up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
Approach potential customers to establish relationships
Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Job Qualifications and Experience
The ideal applicant should be a Graduate in any Management course or Business Graduate.
The jobholder must have practical experience of about eight years in the same role.
Candidates that have managed a team at a senior sales position for about five to seven years handling Property Sales, Life Insurance Sales and Time Share sales are preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Teamwork and leadership skills
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Should have strong negotiation skills and passionate about selling
A valid driving license is required for the right candidate
