Job Description

The Owner Relations – Portfolio Manager will be responsible for :

Will involve the sale of exciting new property investments to our highly qualified existing clients

Constantly sell and resell the benefits of investment in TFG products.

Build and Maintain excellent relationships with clients.

Strive to reduce Client cancellation rates.

Confirmation of new sales & constant client consolidation.

Management of funds collected according to target.

Collecting payments ahead of schedule.


Control client’s profile, funds allocation, and constant update of CRM.

Constant update of CRM note for his assigned owners/referrals.

Generate, book and sell owner referrals

Travel for roadshows.

Desired Skill & Expertise

What We Require:

A history of Sales experience is vital with a minimum of 2 year.

Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work

Strong Communication Skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English, with a clear and concise accent

Ability to work under pressure in a highly competitive environment.

Punctual, Courteous and Presentable.

Education:

High School Certificate
