Job Description

1. Create regional sales plans in alignment with business Objectives. 2. Forecast quarter and annual revenue. 3. Identify hiring needs in alignment with Marketing Strategy. 4. Select and train salespeople. 5. Plan and execute training among the staff. 6. Monitor, assess, and mange subordinates. 7. Prepare and review the annual budget. 8. Analyze the market trend on the area of responsibility. 9. Suggest new services, products, and sales techniques to increase profitability and customers satisfaction. 10. Address problems and suggest prompt actions. 11. Resolve clients complains and resolve issues.

Requirements

1. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving skill. 2. Ability to lead and motivate the team. 3. Ability to analyze, set, and measure KPI’s. 4. Excellent communication skills. 5. Ability to travel as needed. 6. Knowledge in CRM software.

Qualifications

1. BSc degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or relevant field. 2. Five+ years of relevant experience. 3. Three+ years of managerial experience.
