The position is fully responsible in developing and managing marketing for the Medication Delivery platform in the EMA region. Analyses and understands key market trends and develop the relevant marketing strategies in alignment with the country and regional platform strategies. Determines customers’ needs and gaps by specifying the research needed to acquire market information. Manage country/region specific marketing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation in alignment with the country and regional teams
-Accountable for the Regional Product Life cycle management, Regional Product portfolio and strategy that will deliver our performance growth objectives
Coordinate opportunities and priorities identification for new products growth and successful implementation of the regional plans, provides support and leverage global and regional marketing tools
Leads Regional Processes that interface and align the country, Regional, European and global organization
Drive and deliver category share, sales, strategic products growth. Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements.
Improve profits through alignment of:
Product Mix Particular pricing guidelines development and gate keeping
Manage short & long-term Product Planning – Demand planning, quarterly forecasting. Develop & manage sales and Marketing short long term strategic plans.
Market Research – Identify key regional market research needs and conduct market search coordination with local/regional & WW organization. Conduct and participate in competitor analysis or profiles. Conduct market share and other data analysis to draw sound conclusions.
Ensure appropriate product training & knowledge on regional level and coordinates implementation on country level
Build & communicate appropriate training material to support product initiatives & strategy
Develop Regional Marketing Strategies – In cooperation with countries define focus market segment & product portfolio. Define 4 P’s (product, price, promotion, placement). Lead regional implementation of marketing plans, product life cycle obsolescence and product exit planning
About You :
-Educational background (Bachelor’s degree) and additional qualifications in Marketing is a plus4-7 years experience in Marketing roles. Regional Marketing experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in English required. Arabic & French is a plus
Experience from healthcare sector (Medical Devices / Pharma)
