Summary
Responsible for all finance matters in the business unit.
Reporting to Regional Head of Finance.
Base in Dubai or Germany.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY & OBJECTIVES
1. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
2. Advise on provide strategies that the business unit should take
3. Maintain the financial health of the organization.
4. Analyses costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
5. Develop financial trends and projections for the business unit.
6. Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
7. Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
8. Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
9. Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
10. Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
KEY QUALIFICATION
1. 8-12 years professional Finance / Accounting working experiences.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting. MBA or Master Degree is an asset.
3. Better with ACCA or CPA certificate.
4. English as working languages, Chinese is preferred.
5. Strong accounting knowledge and financial analysis skills.
6. Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint, experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP) will be a plus.
7. Good work commitment and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
9. Ability to work independently, be self-motivated while displaying biz ownership.
