Role Purpose:
Undertaking all aspects of the recruitment process/cycle (from role briefing, recruitment strategy and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding).
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process for – UAE, focusing on attracting & sourcing high-quality diverse candidates
Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
Ability to identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization build a diverse and inclusive team
Identify, source and secure candidates through direct targeting, industry networking methods, job boards and social media sites
Consult with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand the skills required for each position to effectively match qualified candidates to business needs
Prepare and deliver all required feedback and correspondence to candidates
Requirements :
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition function within a multinational organization
Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
Experience sourcing candidates internationally as well as across the GCC Region
Track record of building strong stakeholder relationships, able to positively influence at all levels within the business
· Substantial experience and proven track record in recruitment across all levels.
