Job Summary: Looking for a Receptionist/ Office Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details: Offer general administrative and clerical support in the office Welcome clients or visitors in the office in a proper manner Respond to calls from customers Ensure smooth running of the front office area Conduct data entry tasks and scan documents Ensure proper functioning of all telephone lines at all times Make sure the office spaces is kept clean at all times Job Qualifications and Experience The applicant must have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline At least 1 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar position Should have good computer application knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Should be resourceful and proactive in handling issues Must be smart and presentable Candidates with knowledge in preparing coffee and tea will have an added advantage Should be able to organize, multitask with the ability to work under pressure Female candidates are required Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
