A reputed Creative agency is seeking to hire a Receptionist & Admin Assistant

Prefer candidates on Husband / Father’s Sponsorship who can join immediately

Knowlegde in Xero Accounting Software will be preferred

The Role: – Receptionist / Admin & Account Assistant
We are looking for a vibrant professional forReception, Also she has to take care of the admin & basic Accounting assistance
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Office Admin

Answer and direct phone calls
Coordinating with Finance team
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Cordination with internal team
Maintain contact lists and referral sheets
Sending Emails to clients and suppliers
Develop and maintain a filing system
Managing internal events
Hosting clients and visitors in office
Maintaing hygiene in office
Traffic management with the team and suppliers
Managing Petty Cash
Follow up on Payment and Collections

Knowledge of Xero Accounting Software is added value.

Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
Understanding of CRM software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Fluent in English

The office timings are from 9 am1 pm to 2 pm 6.30 pm, 5 days a week
